Due to the nature of real estate research and consuling services, refunds for these services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
If you are not satisfied with a training or educational service provided by us, you may request a refund within 7 days of the start of the service. To request a refund, please contact us at info@starlex.investments with a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP FEES
If you wish to cancel your community membership, you must do so before the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused membership periods. To cancel your membership, please contact us at info@starlex.investments.

PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Please note that any processing fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees incurred during the original transaction may not be refundable.
